+ Late Cancelation Policy and Fees

• Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in Meeras’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss appointments, authorize Wellness Within to charge their credit card on file for cancelled or missed appointments or overdue balances. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00. Clients who do not provide notice and are a "No Show" will be subject to a fee of $40.00. Clients who frequently cancel without adequate notice will not be permitted to continue to schedule online without making prior payment arrangements. If you do late cancel and we do charge a fee, we will send an email receipt to the email provided above. As the massage therapist is on commission this fee will help make up for lost income by a late cancelation.

+ Late Arrive Policy

• Incomplete intake forms or arriving after your appointment time may result in lost time from your treatment as we are unable to exceed that reserved time without affecting the next client session. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arriva.
