Costs

During the hours of 9:00am - 3:30pm

  • $150/ thirty - sixty minutes

  • $175/ seventy five - ninety minutes

During the hours of 5:00am - 9:00am & 4:00pm - 9:00pm

  • $185/ thirty - sixty minutes

  • $200/ seventy five - ninety minutes

Includes use of our change rooms, amenities, waiting area, complimentary herbal tea.

 

Group class capacity

  • Yoga & Pilates : 22 students

  • Barre: 18 Students

  • Hiit: 16 Students
