Dr. Veronic Provencher, N.D.

Naturopathic medicine is a remarkable primary health care system that integrates the best of modern scientific advancements with traditional and natural therapies. At its core, it revolves around the belief that the body possesses an extraordinary ability to heal itself. By utilizing a wide range of natural medicine modalities, such as herbal remedies, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle modifications, naturopathic doctors strive to stimulate this innate healing capacity and promote optimal health. Unlike conventional medicine, which often treats symptoms without addressing the root cause, naturopathic medicine places a strong emphasis on identifying and addressing the underlying factors contributing to illness. This holistic approach offers patients a truly comprehensive healing experience that not only relieves symptoms but also restores balance and supports long-term well-being

Naturopathic physicians have a minimum of 7 years of post-secondary education, including a bachelor's degree followed by 4 years at an accredited naturopathic medical school (for which there are only 2 such schools in Canada). Naturopathic doctors can treat and prevent many illnesses, from the common cold to severe chronic disease.

+ Late Cancelation Policy and Fees

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss appointments, authorize Wellness Within to charge their credit card on file for cancelled or missed appointments or overdue balances. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00. Clients who do not provide notice and are a "No Show" will be subject to a fee of $40.00. Clients who frequently cancel without adequate notice will not be permitted to continue to schedule online without making prior payment arrangements. If you do late cancel and we do charge a fee, we will send an email receipt to the email provided above. As the massage therapist is on commission this fee will help make up for lost income by a late cancelation.

+ Late Arrive Policy

  • Incomplete intake forms or arriving after your appointment time may result in lost time from your treatment as we are unable to exceed that reserved time without affecting the next client session. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. Your insurance will only apply coverage for the amount of massage you received and not what you were scheduled for. Paying for the difference will be the responsibility of the client and not the insurance company.
